Basketball Training & Development

The purpose of the basketball training program is to prepare players for recreational, school, and AAU try-outs, as well as, hone and increase a players current skill set. Our program has been highly successful because we have the high level expertise and on-court playing experience to teach the fundamentals and advanced (college and pro-level) type skills. Our program improves overall basketball skills, conditioning and footwork, strength and flexibility, and the player's overall knowledge of the game.

We use the latest and top of the line technology, like our Dr. Dish CT shooting machine. Our shooting machine allows our trainees to participate in over 200 NBA, on-demand training workouts. Trainees and parents have access to the  trainees shooting profile and data like 2 point field goal and 3 point field goal percentages, and free throw percentage. This allows the parent to track the trainee's progress over the duration of the training sessions. Also, our Vertimax machines build speed, quickness, and vertical jump.

Over 75 participants that have trained in our program have received college basketball scholarships. Over 20 participants have received contracts to play professionally in the NBA or overseas. Collin Sexton, a former trainee and camper, is a current starter for the Utah Jazz of the NBA. Jodie Meeks II, is a former trainee and played 10 years in the NBA. He won a championship with the Toronto Raptors in 2019.
